16-18 Provision (OFSTED)
Our 16–18 provision offers young people a safe, stable home at an important point in their lives.

As an OFSTED-registered provider, we work to the standards set for supported accommodation, so commissioners and families can be confident that every young person in our care is safe, supported and properly looked after.
​
Each resident has a dedicated key worker who gets to know them as an individual and helps them set goals that matter to them.
Day to day, we help young people with the practical and emotional parts of growing up: attending school, college or training, managing appointments, building healthy routines and learning core skills like cooking, budgeting and keeping a home.
​
We work closely with social workers, personal advisers and other professionals to make sure each young person’s plan is joined up, and that they’re ready for the next step when the time comes.
18+ Provision
Our 18+ provision is for young adults who are ready to take on more independence but still benefit from a helping hand.
​
Residents live in a shared, communal setting where they have their own space and privacy, alongside a supportive team and a community of peers going through similar experiences.
​
Support is shaped around each person’s goals, whether that’s finding work, going back into education, managing a tenancy or getting on top of their finances.
​
We focus on building the confidence and practical skills needed to live independently, so that when residents move on to a home of their own, they’re prepared to make it a success.
Former UASC
This provision supports young people who arrived in the UK as unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and are now aged 18 and over.
Many have been through a great deal before and during their journey here, and we provide a calm, understanding environment where they can feel settled and secure while they build a life in a new country.

Our team helps residents with the things that can feel overwhelming at first: registering with a GP, accessing English classes, education and training, understanding how everyday systems in the UK work, and connecting with their local community.
​
We respect each person’s culture, faith and background, and we work alongside their personal advisers and legal representatives so they have consistent support through every stage of their journey.
Single Placement
Some young people do best in their own space, with support that’s focused entirely on them.
​
Our single placements provide one-on-one accommodation for young people who may find shared living difficult, who need a quieter setting, or whose circumstances call for a more individual approach.
​
Because support is centred on one person, our team can respond closely to their needs, work at their pace and build a strong, trusting relationship.
Single placements can be a stepping stone towards shared or independent living, giving young people the stability and attention they need to move forward.
Additional Needs
We believe every young person deserves a home where they’re understood and supported to reach their potential.
​
Our additional needs provision offers personalised care for young people with learning disabilities, neurodivergence, mental health needs or other support requirements, delivered in a safe and nurturing setting.
​
Support plans are built around the individual, taking into account how they communicate, what helps them feel calm and settled, and what they want to achieve.
​
We work closely with families, social workers, health professionals and education providers to make sure each young person receives consistent, joined-up care, and we celebrate every step of progress along the way.
Emergency Placements
Sometimes a young person needs somewhere safe to stay at very short notice, whether because a placement has broken down, a situation at home has become unsafe, or they have nowhere else to go tonight.

Our emergency placements give local authorities and professionals a fast, reliable option when it matters most, with a warm, secure home ready and a team prepared to welcome the young person from the moment they arrive.
We understand that an emergency move can be frightening and unsettling, so our focus in the first days is on helping each young person feel safe, calm and cared for.
​
We work quickly with social workers and referrers to gather key information, put an initial support plan in place and understand what the young person needs.
​
From there, we help plan the right next step, whether that’s a longer stay with us or a move to a more suitable long-term placement.
