Leads the management and operational delivery of the 16+ home as its Ofsted Registered Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Supports the Registered Manager in running the home, coordinating, supervising and training the staff team.

Provides and leads care within a safe and homely environment for young people aged 16+, supervising Residential Care Workers.

Works with the team to create a safe, homely environment where young people can develop intellectually, emotionally, socially, physically and spiritually.
